Welcome to the inaugural Adventures Of An Entrepren00b episode – Accountability Buddies!
This episode was destined to run for a long time because of my guest, Luisa Berry-Smith. She has been my accountability buddy for over three years, one of my closest friends, and my business partner with Kithakàna Adventures.
I almost left a lot of the conversation on the cutting room floor, as we discussed the travel industry, our history, and laughed a lot. We did provide value about accountability buddies, but it was woven in with anecdotes and our philosophies. It’s also based on our experience as entrepren00bs and how we grew together in our accountability partnership.
The reason why I let this inaugural episode run so long is because it felt incredibly important to show how close Luisa and I are, how we are on the same page, and showcase our good humor. It felt incomplete sharing our experience with accountability without including our unique relationship.
Our History
We met at a blogging bootcamp in Bali in 2018. The fact that we’d both attended this event as we started to upgrade our businesses to the next level is a great example of our parallel journeys. That week of bonding and organic friendship made it really easy to evolve into a special relationship that involves our businesses.
